If you are
interested in participating in virtual "conversations"

Our mailing list has
two different
delivery
methods.

This
is the most common delivery method. All
messages are sent individually (directly to your inbox)
from our server. This is a good choice if you want
to participate in a lot of conversation and have many
questions. Messages will appear as if they were sent
directly to you from our members.

Once a day, our server
combines all of the messages sent in by users into a
single message. It then sends you this (single)
message. This option is a good choice if you want to
keep up on the posts but don't want to see a lot of
traffic. |

Based Email |
| If you
are having troubles with the links above -- OR use a
web-based email program like Hotmail, Yahoo, America
Online, etc., please use this link to subscribe or
unsubscribe from our mailing list. These links
will send you to a web-enabled control panel:

AOL, Hotmail, Free Email Users NOTICE: Our
mailing list can sometimes get very busy. We've seen
as many as 20-40 messages per day come through.
Hotmail, AOL, and other free-based Email users might want to think twice about joining our regular
delivery method -- unless your mail is checked often.
These services limit
the quantity of messages in your INBOX and will refuse new
mail once the limit has been reached. |
